Hey, I’m Joe Hericks, a fellow blue collar business owner.

I founded Blue Collar Merch because I realized how impactful it is to have branded apparel, equipment, and other merchandise working for me.

All at once, I could advertise my services, show employee appreciation, and legitimize my business–by simply putting my logo on stuff and handing it out.

I’ve worked in the fields of agriculture, construction, electrical, oilfield, welding, mechanics, logistics, and currently own a trucking company. I come from a family of tradesmen–my dad used to run his own handyman business and has also worked in the oil field for decades, which he now has a shed building business in Colorado. My brothers work and own businesses in welding, electrical, diesel mechanics, and HVAC. My mom and sisters have always been a big part in supporting these businesses and helping out where it’s needed, they are all nothing short of hard workers.

For every blue collar business I’ve been a part of, branded merch has come in handy.
